Designed for today's XC racers who demand incredible uphill speed and downhill performance the ENVE M525 is a tubeless-only rim engineered to be incredibly strong and reliable yet wider lighter and more compliant than the competition.

Across the M Series wheel range ENVE has combined its carbon mastery with engineering expertise to develop Dynamic Impact Design - technology that all-but eliminates pinch flats.

In the case of the M525 this means a V-shaped rim profile paired with ENVE's patented Wide Hookless Bead design. This exclusive teardrop shaping of the rim's leading edges better dissipates energy from big hits reducing the chance of snakebite flats or impact damage. In fact the M525 has 40% higher impact strength than the previous generation.

This unleashes your speed by retiring worries about pinch flats for maximum confidence no matter how technical the trail is. Combined with the 25mm inner rim width it also gives the ability to run modern high-volume lightweight 2.1 to 2.4" XC tyres at lower pressures for maximum traction and added compliance.

In short you get more speed control and a better ride feel for less effort while also unlocking the true potential of your stiff XC race bike.

As with all ENVE's rims the M525 is handmade from raw uni-directional carbon fibre at ENVE HQ in Utah USA giving control over every aspect of production. The M525's carbon laminate has been tuned for a smooth compliant ride to improve focus and reduce fatigue - all while delivering a sub 1350g wheelset.

The bespoke construction process also utilises patented moulded spoke holes removable bladders for weight-saving precision and a gorgeous paint-free finish to further reduce weight while maintaining strength stiffness and allowing the beautiful handmade quality to shine through.
